Definitions

“The Company” refers to Limitless Escapes Ltd, trading as Limitless Escapes.

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, any reference to “Limitless Escapes Ltd” or “Limitless Escapes” refers to the same entity.

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Limitless Escapes Ltd.
“You”, “Your”, “Guest” refer to the individual or group making a booking.

“Retreat” or “Escape” refers to the travel experience, event, or trip booked through Limitless Escapes.
“Start Date” means 3pm on the first day of your scheduled retreat.
“End Date” means 10am on the final day of your scheduled retreat.
“Deposit” or “Booking Fee” refers to the non-refundable amount required to secure your booking.
“Organisers” refers to Limitless Escapes, its agents, contractors, and third-party providers involved in delivering services during your retreat.
“Cancellation” means your non-attendance, postponement, or rescheduling of a booked retreat.

All headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Notice

Limitless Escapes acts as a marketing and booking partner, connecting guests with trusted retreat providers and luxury villas. While we assist with the planning and booking process, the retreat provider is responsible for delivering the services, accommodation, and on-site experience. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are managed in accordance with the provider’s terms. Moreover we may receive a commission or referral fee from the retreat provider.

Minimum Age

Guests must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking.

Cooling-Off Period

There is no cooling-off period when booking any retreat or escape with Limitless Escapes.

Your Health & Responsibility

You acknowledge that retreats may include optional physical or adventure-based activities (e.g. hiking, yoga, fitness sessions, excursions). You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate safely and that you take full responsibility for your wellbeing.

We do not provide medical advice. If you have any health concerns, you agree to seek medical clearance before attending. You participate in all activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Limitless Escapes Ltd, its directors, team members, and contractors against any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in any activity during your retreat.

Booking & Deposit

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit (Booking Fee) is required at the time of reservation.

Payment Schedule

All outstanding balances must be paid in full no later than 90 days before your retreat Start Date.
Failure to make payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

You must ensure your payment method remains valid until one month after your retreat End Date.

Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to arrange adequate travel and health insurance that covers:

Trip cancellation or postponement
Medical emergencies
Travel delays and lost luggage
All activities you may participate in during your retreat

Limitless Escapes does not sell or provide insurance and cannot be held liable for any costs arising from your failure to obtain suitable coverage.

Guest Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to limitlessescapes@hotmail.com
Transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Fees

120+ days before Start Date: Full refund of all sums paid (excluding non-refundable deposit and payment processing fees).
90–120 days before Start Date: 50% refund of sums paid (excluding deposit and fees).
Less than 90 days before Start Date: No refund; 100% of payments forfeited.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and service providers, exceptions cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellations by Limitless Escapes

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat, you may either:

Transfer your payment to a future Limitless Escapes retreat (within 24 months), or
Request a refund of all payments made to date.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights or insurance premiums.

Late Arrivals / Early Departures

No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Passports, Visas & Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visa(s), vaccination records, and all other travel documents required for entry into the retreat destination.

Limitless Escapes is not liable for losses or costs due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

Third Parties

We work with trusted local partners, villa hosts, chefs, and experience providers.
Limitless Escapes is not responsible for actions, omissions, or service changes made by third parties.
We are also not responsible for missed or delayed flights, transfers, or other transportation to or from your retreat destination.

General Waiver

By participating in any retreat, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
You waive any legal claims against Limitless Escapes, its directors, staff, or contractors for loss, injury, or damage to person or property that may occur during your retreat, including transportation and activities.

Photo & Video Release

By attending a retreat, you grant Limitless Escapes full permission to use photos and video footage captured during your experience for marketing, promotional, and commercial use across all media.
You release Limitless Escapes from any claims relating to such use, including rights of privacy or publicity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
